Hi! I'm William,
After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974 and subsequently becoming a Fellow of the RICS; I worked as a residential QS for a number of years both in this country and in the Middle East, before returning to London in the 1980s working mainly on residential developments in London. Starting to carry out more residential surveys and valuations I joined a predecessor of esurv in 1994. After nearly 20 years leaving to join Ward James Associates in 2013; there I used my extensive knowledge of residential construction and valuation in London and the South East in preparing Building Surveys and Home Buyer Reports.
Now, branching out on my own with Rutherford Property Surveyors Ltd; specialising in Building Surveys for residential property.
